Fabio Borini Honeymoons in Maldives

Liverpool footballer Fabio Borini is spending honeymoon in Maldives with his newly wed wife Erin. The couple tied the knot on June 6. Before reaching the Maldives for their honeymoon, the couple spent part of their holiday in Dubai.

Fabio Borini posted images of their honeymoon via Instagram. He captioned one picture of the couple surrounded by the magical view of their Maldivian resort saying “here it’s paradise for so many reason!”.

From Fabio Borini’s Instagram posts, it is clear that he is honeymooning at Gili Lankanfushi resort of the Maldives. The resort was voted as the best hotel in the world by TripAdvisor this year.

Fabio Borini plays as a striker in the Premier League for Liverpool. He has spent successive spells on loan at Sunderland. Borini is originally from Italy and he began his Premier League career through the youth ranks of Chelsea F.C.

The Maldives has become the go to place for footballers when it comes to holidaying. In the last couple of weeks, numerous footballers from various European top teams have flown to Maldives. Big names among them include, John Terry, Luis Suarez and David Silva.
