One of the most commonly found fish in Maldives is Blue Surgeonfish. It lives in all reefs and its hard to miss if you ever go snorkeling. Blue surgeonfish lives in school or individually, often spotted from jetties or house reefs. Its playful behaviour makes it interesting to watch and you dont easily get bored. It chase other fish for fun and sometimes chase bigger fish. Sometimes it circles around the coral, make nice turns and play as if you are watching a show. The friendly fish is one of the prettiest you will see in Maldives.
